South African couple, Johan and Annette van Zyl, has been a part of the Tourism Industry since 1994. Driven by determination, commitment, and exceptional knowledge of Africa, they continued to share their love for the bush with guests through unique travel experiences.
Johan and Tim Howell became good friends through their years of travelling on private tours and the time spent together has led them to become business partners. Sharing their mutual love of travel and adventure, combined with a desire and willingness to grow made sure for a life-changing journey to begin, since 2004, Next Stop Africa was born.
Kelley Willford, our Marketing and Sales Director, served 20+ years in the United States Air Force and is a disabled veteran. She has travelled through most of Africa and fell in love with the beauty and culture of the continent.
